LEADERSHIP WITH AN OPEN MIND
A leader is not just telling people to be like me but rather get the most out others for who they are. A great leader must have a great deal of understanding of his/her people and their abilities in all situations. A leader not only judge by the final product but the amount of people embraced his/her vision.
Open Mind is sometime being confuse by easy going nature and going with the flow. True Open Mindedness is for the ideals of greater humanity and not self serving. Open Mind is an ability to put “I” and “me” aside for the TEAM to achieve its goals.
Leadership with an open mind requires a great deal of compromise without alter the integrity of the vision and goals. A leader must have many different methods of motivating his/her people and peers. Forcing people to do your deeds and serving you is dictatorship and absolutely not leadership.
