We practice an authentic Vietnamese Martial Art called Cuong Nhu that focuses on self-defense, physical fitness, and improving students' moral character. By using principle ideas from 7 different martial art styles, we provide members the opportunity to develop a unique skillset that can be applicable in many self-defense situations. Our practices consist of fast paced full-body workouts that change from night to night to provide students variety in their exercise. Beyond developing your body and self-defense skills, our style also has a philosophy to help guide our members mentally and spirtually.
