I started this Martial Arts training business in general with emphasizes on the Cuong Nhu Karate style in particular. I teach individuals starting at the age of four (4) years old the Karate and Self Defense techniques utilized in the martial arts style titled Cuong Nhu Martial Arts, to develop self-confidence, self-control, modesty and a non-defeatist attitude.
