The 2026 Instructor Training Seminar

is scheduled for Saturday, November 14th in Atlanta!

Grandmaster John Burns invites and encourages all black belts and above to attend this special day of training, covering topics of importance to instructors:

• Teaching methods for successful,  high energy classes.
• Training methods to help your students (and yourselves) reach your potential.
  
• Understanding curriculum and evaluating standards.
• Testing procedures.
• Dan rank preparation.
• Dojo development.

What topics would you like to see? Include them on your registration form.

We hope black belts from every region will be able to take advantage of Atlanta's major transportation hub to travel to this event.  Traveling from far away? Consider fundraising to send at least one instructor from your dojo; or apply for CNMAA travel funds if appropriate.

Training will be in the gym at Oakhurst Recreation Center, Decatur, GA
